THX Spatial Synapse crashes

I just purchased a Razer Kraken Kitty Edition (no h8 plz) and everything seems to be working except for the surround sound. I try to 'test' the THX Spatial through the Synapse 3 app and I get about 3 seconds of cool surround sound before it crashes all audio on my PC, to the point where I can't change devices and can't change the volume and have to restart my PC. When I manually swap my default playback device to the THX Spatial - Synapse, no sound comes through the headset at all. Uninstalled all versions of Synapse and did a clean reinstall, no change at all. Has anyone worked out the workaround for getting my money's worth and getting surround sound without crashing my whole PC? Yes I am running Windows 10 64 bit. Commenting from Australia.

Hi! Does your problem looks like this too? i also have a consta crashes of THX service on win 10 version 1909 but it is accompanied by this mixer grey out.

Hi! Yes I am pretty sure that is what happens to me, it starts with the green flares indicating sound, and then after about 3 seconds all sound gets cut, it kills the lights on my headset, and the mixer gets greyed out as well. Its still a good headset but I didn't pay over $220 aud to just hear everything in Stereo >.>
