THX Spatial Synapse doesn't work

I've set THX Spatial Synapse as my default device and I don't hear anything. I have to change it to the "Razer Audio Controller - Chat" to hear something.

unplug the headset, go device manager, delete all the things about Razer headset, plug in the device again, wait for updates and something. Your problem will be solved i hope.
