THX Spatial - Synapse speaker not showing up

As of today, my output devices for my Razer Kraken Ultimate have been switched from "THX Spatial - Synapse" to "Chat - THX Spatial" and "Headphone - THX Spatial" output devices, both of which don't produce sound. Plus, I can't "set to default" the THX Spatial - Synapse speaker in Synapse anymore because it doesn't show up at all in sound devices. I tried using the "Add legacy hardware" option in Device Manager, and did find the old speaker, but when I tried re-installing it, it said that the device could not start and gave me "Code 10." This all happened after I updated to version 3.8.116.10612. Things I've tried: - Re-installing Synapse - Plugging my headphones into a different port - Re-Installing "THX Spatial - Synapse" speaker (Device Manager says it cannot start, code 10.)
