THX Synapse no sound
Hey i notice after a clean reset from my pc and a new installed synapse,
but after synapse detects a game or program the thx Synapse audio device has no sound anymore after a pc restart if i change to chat audio device or game, i can hear my game again i strugle to setup this headset after 1 day
and sorry for my bad English

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried logging in to Razer Synapse as a guest user? What's your Razer Synapse 3.0's current version? Does the issue happen while connecting the headset to a different USB port or computer with Razer Synapse 3.0? Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
