Tiamat 7.1 V2 no bass sound-no sound immersion

Hi all, my name is Emanuele, from Italy.



My Tiamat 7.1 V2 is not working properly. The bass sounds are totally missing, there are no bass effect. In general, the sound is too "crystal", too "high". I've a 7.1 compatible motherboard (B450 Tomahawk), I've changed the windows settings, but nothing changes. Same situation even if I set the "sub" in the audio control unit, to its max level. Actually it's not changing at all, neither if I move it to max nor if I move it to min.



I've tried to listen videos on youtube, playing fps and mmorpg, I've watched movies.



There is no "epicity", nor immersion in the sound.



Well, they sound much better with my previous headset that is worth 30 euros.



Before I give it back to amazon, do you know how I can solve this big issue?
