Tinnitus Induced in my Ears from Fan Noise of Razer Blade 15 4K OLED i7 RTX 2070 (2020)

Howdy! I just purchased this laptop today. The screen looks beautiful. The performance is great. The build quality feels on par with a Macbook Pro. Sadly, I literally cannot be in the same room with this machine when it is plugged in, turned on, and doing nothing. The whining of the idle fan noise induces a persistent ringing in my ears (tinnitus). I fully expect fan noise when the CPU or GPU are doing a lot of work. However, I am perplexed and saddened that the fans can't be as quiet as a Macbook Pro or Asus Zephyrus G14 when the machine is idle (because the Razer screen is better than both in my opinion). Is there any setting I can change? Firmware I can upgrade? I've already tweak edthe fan settings under the Razer Synapse 3.0's performance tab, terminated all running tasks/processes, and shut down & powered on the machine. Please let me know if there's anything I can do before I'm forced to return it. Thanks!
