My Razer Raiju V3 Pro controller has moments where it becomes unresponsive, and I think it happens when I use several button sequences. In my game Battlefield 6, the character freezes and doesn't register any movement, aiming, or shooting inputs. There's a lock that hasn't been fixed with the replacement controller, which is brand new. Has anyone found a solution to this?

Sorry to hear you’re still having the same issue even with the replacement Razer Raiju V3 Pro. To help us verify whether this is an input-related issue, please test the controller using a gamepad tester and send us a video of the problem happening.

For testing, you can use:

  1. PC / Console: https://hardwaretester.com/gamepad
  2. Android: any Gamepad Tester app
  3. iOS: Game Controller Tester Gamepad app

When recording the video, please make sure to:

  1. Show the issue while it is happening.
  2. Include your fingers pressing the buttons or moving the thumbsticks.
  3. Capture the controller tester feedback on screen at the same time.

If possible, use a phone stand or tripod so the video stays steady and clear. Once you have the video, send it to me via PM and along with your controller’s serial number and email so I can initiate a new ticket on your behalf. Thanks!
