I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X.
When I try to register my serial number (Removed serial number) on Razer's website, it says that the serial number is already in use / already registered.
Could you please help me verify if my product is genuine and assist with the registration?

Where you purchased your Razer BlackShark V2 X? Please check headset's 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the packaging. If the card is missing or the code is already used, you can contact the reseller for a refund.
