Title: Need Synapse 3 installer files – Synapse 4 bricked 2x Naga Left-Handed Edition (CRP DISABLED)

Synapse 4 bricked 2 of my 3 Naga Left-Handed Edition mice (CRP DISABLED, firmware.bin mass storage). My last unit can't save onboard profiles reliably through Synapse 4 either. I need Synapse 3 to safely configure it.

Already tried:
- All official download links → redirect to Synapse 4
- Filehippo/Softonic bootstrapper → servers are dead
- Archive.org v3.3.0508 (2018) → too old for the Naga LH, and still tries to install Synapse 4
- Extracting the 2018 installer via 7-Zip → GUI/service EXEs only, no USB drivers, wrong version
- Offline install (network disabled) → installer refuses to continue
- OpenRazer (Linux) → can't write onboard profiles

What I'm looking for: If you still have Synapse 3 installed (v3.5+, 2020 or newer), could you zip and share the following?

- `C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\Synapse3\`
- `C:\Program Files (x86)\Razer\DeviceDrivers\`
- `C:\ProgramData\Razer\Installer\`

Or better yet: the cached MSI packages from `C:\ProgramData\Razer\Installer\Razer Central\Packages\` or `C:\Windows\Installer\Razer\`

Open support ticket: #260325-000894. Also contacted Razer.sushi.boi regarding the bricked units.

Thanks for any help.

Update (May 2026): Razer has replaced both affected units – case resolved!

A big thank you to u/RazerCustAdvocacy and especially Razer.sushi.boi on Razer Insider, who was a great help in getting this escalated. If you're stuck with the same issue, reaching out via Razer Insider seems to be the most effective route.

Hope this helps others in the same situation!

Someone put together a great resource with all the offline installers for the Razer Naga Left Edition here: https://github.com/TicTac7x/razer-synapse-3-offline-setups

Wow. that seems the solution for our problems.

Have anyone used it? I am a little reluctant to install drivers from unknown parties (maleare injectiom risk).

Were your devices still under warranty?

No, they were actually out of warranty! I’m really happy that Razer stepped up and handled this via goodwill. Massive thanks to the support team for looking out for us lefties!

WOW, That is great. I will contact them.

I was fully out of hope, as my mouse warranty had expired, but now I think I will fight for it.

Thank you!
