How can I get a replacement for my razor Kraken V3 because at the top of where the headset adjust for your ears completely snapped

    I understand that the adjustment area of your Razer Kraken V3 has completely snapped. Could you please let me know what happened before it snapped? For example, was the headset accidentally dropped, bent, stretched excessively, or did the damage occur during normal use?

    Also, please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can check its details, and a photo of the cracked/broken part of the headset so I can take a closer look. You can upload the photo/video using this link and then send me the link once it’s uploaded. Thank you!
