Hi Razer, 

I had planned to give my desktop a clean up and noticed both of the magnetic latches no longer work. The 'back' (cable side) doesn't go out, and the 'front' doesn't go in. I had to pull the front panel off so I could get the sides open (not a big deal, it was getting dusted too). 

It's obviously a few year old at this point, but I'm hoping that I can buy some replacement parts to get it back working like new.
