Around 2weeks ago, I tried buying a MLBB pass for a friend. For some reason, the first purchase went through but the next one didn’t. So I tried a few more times but it kept saying “Purchase Failed”. Opened up my transactions and found many Pending transactions for the same MLBB pass but I don’t need that many. It’s been 2Weeks and I can neither get rid of the pending transactions or buy from the MLBB side. Tried contacting customer service via email but haven’t gotten a single reply.
If possible, can I cancel the pending transactions? It’s been quite some time and I don’t need it anymore. Hasn’t charged me yet but I don’t want a sudden mass-charge to my account once all the unwanted pending transactions go through.
Too many pending purchases. Can I get rid of them?
