Too much noise in the Blackshark V2 X microphone

I bought the Blackshark V2 X about a week ago, when I tried the microphone I was surprised by the loud noise in the microphone, I could barely hear the recorded sound

I am sure that the headset is original and new. Are there any solutions to the problem?

I am not ready to buy a new headset. Please help me with some solutions, because I am in dire need of a microphone
