Top row of Ornata V2 stopped working | Razer Insider

From past 2 to 3 days the top row (from Esc to scroll lock) along with the Tilde key stopped responding. I have tried everything:
 

  • Uninstalling driver
  • Changed USB port
  • Hard reset disconnecting keyboard, pressing ESC and Caps and reconnecting the keyboard (But how can i do this if my escape key isn’t responding but still tried)
  • Reset from Razer Synapse
  • Reinstall clean Windows.

Now I don’t have anything to do, please suggest me what can I do now!!
