Top screen on the Razer Phone not working

Hi I have the nice Razer Phone:) It is still nice. I have one issue with the top screen (it started today). When I try top take the top screen down, to see information if there is messages, or to turn on WiFi, Bluetooth or the flashlight. Even the apps in the top is not responding when pressing (it is only the first line of apps in the top). Have Any of you tried that and could get it to work again (without having to reboot it to factory settings? I might consider to get a new phone in the future, because the battery is not the best and it have becoming a little slow. Therefore I wanna ask: is Razer gonna make a Razer Phone 3? If yes, I will wait and buy it :)
