as you can see i'm having same problem like others,i had this screen touch problem just lower part of the screen since last year then another touch problem at middle of screen appeared when Android 9 updated . i googled this problem and hard reset device yet still same problem occurs. if there's any chance i can get support from Razer i would be appreciatedtouch screen problem

By hard reset, did you mean Factory Reset? I'd ask for bug reports but it doesn't seem to be possible in your case. I'm afraid you'll have to send the phone in so our Mobile Team can check it out.
Razer.CazielI just got the same exact issue as guesky described above. My phone was already running Android 9 and no new apps were downloaded to the this phone. I too reset the phone thinking it would resolve this hoping it was just a software issue of some kind, but based on this other incident from this other user, I have a bad feeling it may be more than just that.

mcompeanThe possibility of this being caused by a hardware issue is relatively high. This is why we recommend sending the phone in if the problem persists even after a factory reset. Shoot me a PM should you need assistance with starting a repair ticket.
