Tournament Edition Not Working Properly After Update

So a few days ago i updated my razer synapse and after the update my usb controller for razer kraken tournament edition was not working like before the equilizers didnt work , the thx spatial audio didnt work my audio driver changed to razer tournament edition te - chat and i changed it back to normal but no sound is being produced can anyone be of assistance

    Hey there! Thanks for bringing this to our Support board. Have tried setting your Razer Kraken TE as your primary headset in Razer Synapse 3.0? Also, have you set the Default Device and Default Communication Device? Please refer to the image below:
