trackpad lags and freezes in movement, Razer Blade 16 (2025)

The trackpad freezes when used, almost to the level of unsability, sometimes it works fine in the upper part, sometimes with a big lag.

I understand that your trackpad freezes during use. To help determine whether this may be a hardware-related issue, could you please provide the following information:

1. Do you notice any swelling or bulging around the trackpad area or battery compartment?
2. Does an external mouse work normally while the trackpad is freezing?
3. Are both the left and right click buttons functioning correctly?
4. Does the trackpad issue affect the entire surface, or only specific areas?
