I've faced a problem, before two days in ( 04 Jun 2022 ) I've charged my PUBG MOBILE account with UC (UNKNOWN CURRENCY) using my visa from razer gold.



I charged more than 1000$, but two of transactions were faild, the problem that I didn't recieve any UC in my game account and the money deducted from my BANK ACCOUNT!!!!

first trasnaction was for 100$, and the second transaction was for 130$.




I contacted razer support, they escalated the problem to another team and didn't recieve any respnse till this day.



in this day I tried to recharge again with 200$, and the same problem happened.

I lost 430$ from my bank account balance for nothing, I contacted my bank and they told me to contact the website support to refund them.



what should I do? please!!!
