I just reload rm200..but my transaction is still pending.. please do something Transaction ID : (*Omitted for privacy reasons)

Have you contacted your bank's customer service and checked if there's an authorization charge where the bank holds the fund before transferring it to the merchant once it is validated? The fund transfer may take several days depending on your bank. Should the transaction fail, your bank will still hold and secure your fund before sending it back to your account.
