Hi! I recently bought a pink Razer Kraken Pro v2 headset and went to register them, entered all the required information. After filling all the fields, the site told me that the product had already been registered.

When I received them, I checked that all seals were intact (which they were), so I don’t know who or how they registered them. Please help!
