Trinity Naga - Buttons Not working on laptop but works on PC

I cant get my Razer Naga Trinity (0241) to work on my laptop, however, it works just fine on my pc. I tried reinstalling all Razer apps and also deleted the mouse via device manager. The mouse works, jus the number pad does not.

Having the same issue on win 11.  After updates some od the buttons stop working for months and wont start working until anothe windows update fixes the issue.  The same thing happens after battle.net updates, but those only break the buttons in battle.net games. Sometimes a bois update will fix the issue but not usually
