Yestarday I had a conversation with customer support via chat. My headphones stopped working and I was supposed to receive a return label today. I cannot find the chat again or a way to contact customer support, it feels impossible to resolve this issue. They said I will get a return label via email and they arranged a courier to pick it up from my address tomorrow. I do not have a printer at home and it is Sunday. I am afraid every place that can print will be closed before I receive the label.
