Trouble powering my razer book 13

Hello guys!

My razer book 13 has been out of power and isn´t charging. Futhermore, I tried both of these links suggetions https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/1798 https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/830 and my computer LED Light isn´t turning on. I tried the sleep mode procedure and it´s LED blinked white once. I already tried with 2 differents fuctional Lenovo´s 60 W charger as my razer charger is broken. Someone can help me please?

I have a razer blade 15 (2023) and I too suddenly have an issue with charging my laptop. The charging brick shows a steady green light but there is no light on my laptop.

 

I too followed the links cited by jean, and my device will still not power on. I haven't yet tried a different charger, so I'll do that and report back.

I have a Razer Blade Stealth (2020), I am having the same issue, I have a steady green light on the charging brick but not on the laptop. I can’t power the device on and I have tried the charger on another laptop and it works fine. I tried both articles listed above by jean, I have also tried disconnecting the battery to discharge any residual power on the motherboard and I have disconnected and reconnected the CMOS cable in an attempt to flash the BIOS. Unfortunately I still can’t get the device to turn on.

 

I have reached out to Razer support, I will post as soon as I hear anything.
