Trouble second monitor

Hello, I ussually works in my house and my office using a second monitor via HDMI, but a couples weeks ago I had a meeting in a different office, I plugged my Razer Blade Pro to the monitor, a LG TV and it worked normally. but when I arrived to my home I plugged my monitor as always and I couldnt display anything, windows apparently recognize the monitor, but screen is black The most incredible part is, my brother with his computer, also a Razer Blade Pro, did the same action, plug to the same LG TV in a meeting and when he arrived to his home, the same situation To solve his problem, he bought a converter type C to HDMI, it is the only solution? I have updated all the drivers thank you
