Trouble using add on left mouse paddle

Hello, I recently purchased a Razor Basilisk Ultimate Mouse and Razor Keyboard and when I setup the left add on click button to launch a website or launch a program or volume up or down and saving the command by clicking the green save button nothing opens or works on any of the commands I use Am I missing a step as I followed the directions on https://support.razer.com/articles/1522185431 with no success Please see attached screen shot Any help appreciated

    I have deleted and reinstalled Razer Synapse with no success but it still tells me to install synapse
