Hello everyone,

I got problems with my kinda new Blackshark V2 2023 everytime. I was really happy with it for the first time though now it just makes problems. 

My headset always just connects over Bluetooth with me phone. Even if I'm sitting at my PC and I want to use it there Bluetooth is always connecting to my phone. Which is okay. Though in most cases I don't even get a connection to my PC then. No sound is available and it's not available in the Software. Which is annoying and makes the headset unusable.
