Trouble with Chroma Goliathus RGB Mat and Razer RGB Mini Keyboard

I'm still having trouble with this issue for my keyboard and chroma mat. Can some other people help also? This is going on too long. Has anyone else had this same problem? Also sent a message to technical support and nobody has responded. What is up with that? I really need more help and hardly getting much assistance. What more do I need to do here?  These things always happen while they’re plugged in.
