Trouble with keyboard cleaning and related question | Razer Insider

Right now when the a key on my keyboard is pressed it show resistant making it harder to press. I have done relatively light cleaning like using cotton to clean below the key but the key still feel hard to press. I wonder how I can get around this. And my bigger question is can I take the key off so I can do an internal inspection inside the key as maybe the problem is inside the key. Also I do like to know if I can maybe change the keys around if the keys can be remove or replace with another key.

What's the model of your keyboard? Were there any incidents before the issue start? Have you tried connecting it to a different computer and check if it behaves the same? Have you tried using a can of compressed air when cleaning the keys? Let's isolate the problem first by following the steps from this link.
