True Wireless hammerhead PRO (Only works left)

Today I was using the Hammerhead PRO and suddenly one stopped working, I finished the game I played (just listening from the left). I exited the game and tried to plug in the headphones as usual, but I was only listening from the left. Place them in their case wait approximately 5 seconds and try to connect them via the application, without getting it (it comes out that the device could not be found). Then I try to connect it by bluetooth directly from the Android and if I connect, but it is only heard on the left the right has not been heard again (I already leave it charging a few minutes and nothing)
