Tryig to install teh firmware for razer kraken

I had an issue with my audio crackling for my newly bought razer kraken 3 so i look on the forums and i see the issue can be resolved by updating the firmware, so i go to install the firmware and i download the firmware updater and it tells me to plug in my headset.

So I plug it in, but it doesn’t acknowledge that it is plugged in and turned on, i see there are similar tickets to this so i try what was posted there for trouble shooting, I restart my computer, I try a different computer, I plug it into the mother board. But nothing works.

Can you send me your device serial number via PM so I can verify its information? Also, you can try removing all Razer-related files from your PC by downloading and installing the Razer Driver Clean-up Tool. Once done, try installing your headset’s firmware again, and see if that helps. I’ll be waiting for your message.
