Trying to buy RazerCare but unable to find SN

Hi - I just bought a Blade 14 for my son who is at college. He received it today, and now I’m trying to buy a RazerCare support plan. However when I enter the SN of his laptop, I get the following error message:

We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.

  • The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please verify and try again.
  • If your product was previously replaced under warranty, please contact customer support for further assistance.

 

When I try the link for “customer support” I’m unable to find any way to submit a ticket or connect with anyone. Has anyone had similar issues with buying a care plan?

Does anyone know how to actually contact customer support?

The link is OK: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support

You just click the PC Products → Laptops, then enter serial number.

Also, was your blade bought directly at Razer.com? If not, then it’s not possible to buy Razer care warranty.

Hm - still getting an error that the Serial Number entered cannot be found. Yes, it was bought directly from Razer.com. Is there a way to call or chat with customer support?
