Hi - I just bought a Blade 14 for my son who is at college. He received it today, and now I’m trying to buy a RazerCare support plan. However when I enter the SN of his laptop, I get the following error message:
We are unable to locate your serial number in our database.
- The serial number may have been entered incorrectly. Please verify and try again.
- If your product was previously replaced under warranty, please contact customer support for further assistance.
When I try the link for “customer support” I’m unable to find any way to submit a ticket or connect with anyone. Has anyone had similar issues with buying a care plan?
Does anyone know how to actually contact customer support?
