Trying to change the email associated with my account

This account is quite old, I’ve just purchased a new razer product and I’d like to register it for 7.1

 

Problem is this account, made in 2013, is using an email address I no longer have access to. I still remember the password though and can log into the account. I’d like to have this resolved before my headset arrives.

 

I saw on another thread that a support person responded requesting a PM and they got it resolved.

Before we proceed, please provide me with the following information below so I can relay it to our support team before they move through with our process for account migration requests. First, I need to confirm if you have any of the following migratable data on your old Razer ID:

  • Your Razer ID, Profiles, and Razer Synapse Cloud settings
  • License code for 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro
  • Your Cortex settings, gameplay, and Wish List
  • Your Newsletter subscriptions
  • RazerStore address book
  • Razer Game Store Profile
  • Razer Gold/Silver Wallet Balance

Also, fill in the following:

  • Razer ID:
  • Old email address:
  • New email address:
  • Date of Birth:
  • Full Name:
  • Phone number:
  • Country:
