So, I made a Razor gold purchase for a 1 month Xbox ultimate subscription. The purchase went through, and I got a receipt, but when I went to redeem the code in my email on my Microsoft account, it didn’t work. I wasn’t too surprised because it was a very odd looking code?
It’s over 25 characters, has upper and lower case letters, numbers, and ends with an equal sign(=) for some reason? I have no idea what’s going on, but I have contacted support although they closed a ticket for a different matter without even getting in touch with me….. So I dont have high hopes. I figured it was worth a shot posting my issue while I wait to see when/if Razer Support gets back to me.
