I’m trying to return a laptop within the 14 day period (laptop received 6th May, return attempted 18th May). The online return form gave an error:
'unfortunately we are unable to complete your return at this time'
so I contacted support via chat. Support raised a case for me (250518-001845) and said
‘I will email you after our session about the process of the return’
however, I received no such email - only one containing the contents of the support ticket raised. If I try the online return form now it says that I have no eligible products to return because the 14 day period has elapsed.
Please advise how I can proceed with the return.
