Trying to upgrade Kiyo Firmware

Hello, I tried to upgrade the KiYo Pro FW today, on the stage where it asks to unplug and then re-plug, it keeps saying it needs to update the FW, like if the FW was not upgrading at all. And it is not upgrading at all, is still running the 1.01 FW. Does anyone have an idea on how to get this FW updated? Thanks

Have you checked if the same behavior happens while connecting the camera to another USB port or computer? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM including the computer's MSinfo and Synapse logs. Save the files via Google Drive or any online storage account. I'll be locking this thread to curb our conversation privately.
