Turn off thunderbolt after shut down

I have a Razer Blade 15 Advanced (2018) and whenever I shut it down, my keyboard's light remains on. My keyboard is plugged in via the Thunderbolt port. Is there anyway we can turn off the power of the thunderbolt port when I shut down the laptop? Thank you

    Tweaking your device's power management should be able to fix this issue. Please follow the steps outlined below. -Press Windows Key + X and click on Device Manager. -Expand the Keyboards and right-click/tap on your Keyboard device. -Tap Power Management and uncheck "Allow this device to wake the computer." -Click OK and restart the computer and check the issue.
