For starters I love my headset, I love this program and can't rip myself from using anything else! (want to be positive first)



Secondly I have two Issues...



1. I downloaded the Streamer Companion App and it's all installed except I can not log in it keeps telling me "No Authentication Found" don't know what that means all I know is my password matches the email and I even tested it signing out of the Synapse and logged in my Razer ID and it worked but for the Streamer Companion App it won't let me.



2. Through the course of 1 and a half years almost 2 years. I bought the Razer Kraken Kitty back in February 2019 then when I noticed there was a new one where the ears had Chroma Connect back in April/May 2020, I sold my old pair and bought the new one. Randomly once in a blue moon it would lose it's Connection but now IT KEEPS HAPPENING! It's kind of getting old hearing the sound of Connecting Success and then the losing Connection. I don't know if having the BT Kraken kitty will help sense it has to be with the wired connection. But I don't feel like buying a whole new one again sense apparently it's a known issue. So my question for this issue is with my 2-year warranty built in the headset can I send them back and exchange it for the BT Headset or is there a fix. If the only solve is getting the BT one, is there a way that I don't have to pay another over 100 dollars for ANOTHER headset. If it's a little bit more I can pay the difference. I just want to solve the problem and NO if the solve is sending in this pair
^^^ only if that means exchanging it for the BT pair. Otherwise it's stupid to give me the same headset back because it's the wires that are the issue.
