Typing portuguse accents with razer blade?

Hello, i'm trying to figure out a way of typing portuguese with my razer blade 15, but i can't figure out the right language + keyboard configuration on windows 10. If i change my keyboard to "portuguese" pressing ' will actually print a ~ and so on.. I would like to keep the keys the same ( united kingdom ) but input portuguese, so for instance when i type ~ instead of instantly printing the ~ it would wait for the next letter, so if it's a vowel then it would show the vowel with the accent, for instance ~ + a = ã ' + e = é Any ideas of what configuration needs to be done? Thank you!
