i have mouse deathaddeer essential, after download firmware updater, i unable install... got message 'connect the device to your pc' even the mouse already connected with my pc. any suggest ? thx

    It's odd that you are getting this error message when your device is already connected to your PC. By the way, was the Razer Synapse closed when you tried updating the firmware? Also, where did you acquire a copy of the firmware update? Please let me know through PM so I can do some further investigation to seek fixes for this issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PMs.
