with the example of "shift + \" which i assigned to the Razer naga X's sensitivity button, any key or button with a macro assigned to it registers as nothing at all to discord. I also tried with my Blackwidow V4 X, reassigning Print Screen to 'ctrl + numpad5' then assigning mute in discord to 'ctrl + numpad5" and recieved the same result of nothing whatsoever. this is driving me crazy, even in this reddit window right now the remapped naga button isn't typing "|" when i press it.
Has anyone else had this issue? i tried to recieve support on any other channel whatsoever but the item is out of warranty so i wasn't even given a way to ask
