Unable to change e-mail address for Razer ID since registered e-mail isn't active anymore

Dear Support staff,

I don’t have access to the e-mail that’s registered with my Razer ID account anymore due to a provider change - the old e-mail account isn’t active anymore.

Since changing the e-mail requires an authentication that’s sent to the old e-mail account and I don’t have a phone number or alternate e-mail address associated with my Razer ID I wanted to ask if there’s a possibility to change the e-mail?

Thanks for reaching out! I understand your situation regarding the email change with your Razer ID account. Before we proceed with the account migration request, could you please send me a PM and confirm if you have any of the following migratable data linked to your old Razer ID:

- Your Razer ID, profiles, and Razer Synapse Cloud settings
- License code for 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro
- Your Cortex settings, gameplay, and wish list
- Your newsletter subscriptions
- RazerStore address book
- Razer Game Store Profile
- Razer Gold/Silver Wallet Balance

Please also provide the following details:

- Razer ID:
- Old email address:
- New email address:
- Date of Birth:
- Full Name:
- Phone number:
- Country:
