Dear Support staff,
I don’t have access to the e-mail that’s registered with my Razer ID account anymore due to a provider change - the old e-mail account isn’t active anymore.
Since changing the e-mail requires an authentication that’s sent to the old e-mail account and I don’t have a phone number or alternate e-mail address associated with my Razer ID I wanted to ask if there’s a possibility to change the e-mail?
