I’m here to help! I understand that your Razer Cobra Pro battery does not charge. When did the issue start occurring? Does your mouse still turn on?
If you attempt to charge your mouse, does it show that it’s charging or is the % stuck? Any noticeable damage from the USB cable or dock? Please turn off the Razer Mouse and provide it ample time to charge by plugging it into the charger or USB cable and letting it charge for 30 mins. If the same problem persist, please send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase so I can check its warrany. All the best!
