Since the latest Razer Synapse update, I am being prompted to complete verification through World ID, which requires an Orb scan.
However, there are currently no Orb scan locations in Canada, making this verification impossible to complete.
This situation prevents me from fully using my Razer Naga Trinity mouse, particularly in resolving a compatibility issue with Fortnite (middle mouse button not being detected since the latest game update).
I am requesting that you:

Disable or bypass the World ID verification on my Razer account,

Or provide me with an alternative method to verify my identity,

So I can continue using my hardware as intended.
Please confirm the steps I should follow as soon as possible.
