I have checked drivers, walked through support with microsoft and reinstalled windows and drivers and still unable to connect wifi and bluetooth. I had this issue a few times before and had self resolved after restarting and checking setting but no rhyme or reason when it starts working. This time nothing is working and unable to connect for school. Microsoft says the wifi hardware is the issue but I've only had this for 2 yrs and I would hope these products last longer than a crappy cell phone. Any help is appreciated.

Did you already try the steps here for further isolation? Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the wifi problem. Thanks!
