Hello

I am trying to download the rescue image from the Razer support website (after logging, enter serial number and clickingsubmit) but nothing happens.

It seems like the site is hanging and not displaying the list images available.
I’ve tried multiple times, and created multiple tickets, but still nothing works.

A friend tried the same download for his Razer (a different model) and experiences the same ‘hang’.

The URL that is not responding is https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/recovery-image/index

Is this a common thing?   Is there another way to obtain a rescue image?
