unable to find Tartarus V2

Hey



Its unable to find Tartarus in Synapse 3.

I've contacted customer support (very friendly) but still nothing.

Been trying more than 5 hours now.



please help someone

I've uninstalled everything,followedevery guide. NOTHING works.

Please somone set it up with teamviewer or something. I payed 100 bucks and it's not working...

You will want to check first how the keypad is detected. Please share a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager. By the way, do you mind listing all the troubleshooting steps you've taken so far? I'd like to avoid as many redundancies as possible so we can move things along.
