Hi Razer Support Team,
I need help submitting a warranty claim for a Razer Rogue 17 Backpack V3 that was purchased less than a year ago. The top zipper broke off, making the bag’s top pocket unusable. This seems like a manufacturing defect, and the product should still be under warranty.
I’ve tried the official warranty portal at mysupport.razer.com, but:

The backpack is not listed under Lifestyle Products.

The system requires a serial number, but after thoroughly checking the bag (all compartments and seams), we could not locate one.

Attempts to use “Other Support” routed me back into loops or unrelated categories.

Could someone from Razer please advise on how I can proceed with an RMA / warranty claim for this backpack? If there’s a direct contact path for accessories/gear not listed in the portal, I’d really appreciate guidance.
