"Unable to find your device"

I got the Razer Hammerhead True Wireless today and I feel like it was a bad idea cuz I installed the Razer Audio app and it just says "Unable to find your device". I've tried more than 10 tutorials by now, mostly those from Razer, but nothing is working. What do I do?

That's a bummer! Did you already try to power cycle your phone? Forget the earbuds and establish a Bluetooth connection again after you reboot. If you're still having the same issue, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model specifications and look for other workarounds to help you address the issue. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
