 Unable to Get 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with activating Razer 7.1 Surround Sound.

When I enter my headset’s serial number, I get the following message:

“Your Razer device is not eligible for a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code.”

I’m using a Razer BlackShark V3. I expected to receive an activation code, but the website says my device is not eligible.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Is this a mistake, or is my headset not supported? Any help would be appreciated.

    Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V3 comes with with THX Spatial Audio via Razer Synapse instead of the 7.1 Surround Sound. Please follow the steps here to configure THX Spatial Audio for headsets. Feel free to PM me with your device serial number if you need further assistance. Have a great day!
